Since our Establishment in 1986, we have become one few surviving companies in the world to manufacture special Heaters and Cathode parts for the CRT’s.
Even though CRT’s do not exist in home entertainment they continue to need support in special and professional CRT applications.
In addition to manufacturing heaters and cathodes for cathode ray tubes, we also specialize in CRT components for the electron gun to benefit of our many clients who continue to use this technology. We have experts in this specialised industry with us and who will be with us training others for many years to come.
Areas of application include.
Cathodes: One Piece, 2 Piece, 3 Piece, stepped sleeve, straight sleeve & blackened sleeve configurations.
Heaters: Single coil, Coiled coil, Gap coil, Triple coil, Tabbed, White & Dark Coated Configurations.
We have various voltage heaters available: 2.1V - 320 mA; 2.1V - 700 mA; 5V-50mA; 5V-300mA, 6V - 75 mA; 6.3V - 100 mA; 6.3V - 227 mA; 6.3V - 240 mA; 6.3V - 300mA; 11V - 75 mA; 11V - 120 mA; 12V - 75 mA; 12.6V - 150 mA. Other ratings to your standard can be designed.
A wide variety of oxide cathodes & heaters are available with different ratings for monochrome & color T.V. picture tube & CRT applications.
